LA VIDA development rules and regulations
1.Use, Enjoyment, Disturbances: Guests may use the private unit and the Common Areas in such a way as not to disturb the use
and enjoyment of other Occupants. Guests must follow instructions of the Owner, Administrator and Security, at all times.
2.Noise:
a.Creating disturbances or annoyances or shouting, playing loud music, or horseplay is not permitted.
Guests are to refrain from disturbing other Occupants at all times.
b.Quiet time starts at 9:00 p.m. particularly in all common areas including the Beach Club, pathways, elevators, and on private terraces or yards or decks, so as to not disturb neighbors. Occupants so disturbed should register a complaint with the Administrator or Security Guard. Owner may be penalized if Guests fail to comply with La Vida rules or failing to immediately comply with
the rules when asked to do so and may be asked to leave La Vida & forfeit their Security Deposit.
The forfeiting of all or part of the Security deposit is at the sole discretion of the owner.
3. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping anywhere at the LaVida including in open areas, casas, or on decks and terraces.
4.Beach Club:
a.Close beach gates following use and wash sand from feet and swimsuit at the wash station at the top of the steps whenever returning from the beach.
b.Chaises:
i.Chaises are available on a first come basis. Chaises may not be reserved or held by a user who is away from the Beach Club.
ii.Users should limit their use of facilities so that chaises are reasonably available for everyone.
A group from one casa/condo, particularly a large group should not dominate the number of chaises they use or the
duration or frequency of such use, when other Owners wish to share the facility, even when the large group
was first to arrive at the Beach Club.
iii.Use towels to protect chaise pad.
iv.Remove all personal articles when not actually occupying chaise.
c. Pool and Spa
i.Shower before using pool or spa
ii. no diving. - is allowed in the pool or spa
iii.No children under three years old are allowed in the pool or spa.
a. Electronics: No audio equipment or mobile phones at the Beach Club without earbuds
b.Children under 12 must be continuously supervised by the adult Guest(s) at the Beach Club.
c. Glass bottles and utensils are not allowed in the Beach Club area. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool or spa.
5.Garbage must be firmly wrapped and placed inside the containers in Trash Rooms.
6.No Animals are allowed by Guests.
7.Visitors: Guests may invite day Visitors to LaVida until 9:00 p.m. or later if permitted by the Administrator. Guest’s Visitors may not use the facilities at the Beach Club or the parking garage.
8.Towels and clothing must not be hung on balcony railings or anywhere in view of the residents.
9.Damage to or loss of personal objects or automobiles is the sole responsibility of the Guests.
10.Liability: Neither La Vida Condominium nor the owners are responsible for any damage, injury, loss of life caused by the use
of any of the facilities at La Vida.
11.All rules and regulations posted in the common areas must be followed and Guests must immediately follow all instructions of
Security and the Administrator.
